STUDENT REGISTRATION (Applicable to Football Australasia
Conference only)
A student is defined as a holder of a student identification card
from a recognised tertiary or secondary educational institution
or of an international student card. Students must be studying full
time to qualify for the discounted rate.
Please Note: A copy of your student identification card is required
when you submit your registration form. Without this copy, the full
registration fee will be charged. Upon submission of your online

DAY REGISTRANTS (Applicable to Football Australasia Conference
only)
Day Registration entitles delegates to the following:
• All Sessions on the nominated day at Football Australasia
Conference
• Program booklet
• Morning and Afternoon Tea and Lunch on nominated day
Day Registration on Thursday also entitles delegates to the Welcome
Reception taking place that same day.
PAYMENT OF FEES
NOTE: Registrations will not be processed or confirmed until payment
in full is received.
Payment may be made by cheque or credit card. Visa, MasterCard,
American Express and Diners International are the only credit cards
accepted at the Conference. Please note that all transactions by
credit card will appear on your statement as payment to The Meeting
Planners.
All payments by cheque incur a $10 processing fee.
Cheques should be made payable to Football Australasia.
Your name and full address should be typed or printed clearly on
the back of the cheque. Cheque payments from overseas must be a
bank cheque in Australian Dollars drawn on an Australian Bank. No
other currency will be accepted
You may not pay your fees by direct transfer.
ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS
Your registration and payment will be acknowledged via email or
post with confirmation of your requirements according to your registration
form. Your registration will not be processed or confirmed if payment
does not accompany your form.
You will not receive any further publications before the conference.
Your letter of acknowledgment will include any further advice necessary
prior to your arrival at the conference. At the conference you will
receive the final program and a list of delegates.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Cancellations received in writing at the Conference Office by 1
August 2008 will be accepted and all fees refunded less
an A$100 administrative fee. Cancellations received after this date
cannot be accepted and will not be refunded. However, transfer of
your registration to another person is acceptable. The full name
and details of the person that will replace you must be advised
in writing to the Conference Office prior to the Conference. No
refunds will be made for non-attendance at the Conference.
